Pam, thank you so much for your hard work on TreeWhispers! I absolutely am inthralled with trees. I am submitting some paper rounds to you this weekend to hopefully be included. Taking pictures of trees and giving them names or titles is what I love to do. I hope you enjoy what I am sending you! - Thanks so much, Carol

A long time ago, when my life was in turmoil, I found my tree, beside a stream in a city park. Whenever I was troubled, I went to my tree and looked up into it's branches, knowing that it had been there for centuries, long before the g estates around it had been built. It calmed me and cleared my mind. I loved it in all seasons and it anchored me to earth. Thank you for reminding me :)

Greetings! I love this sharing! In our Enchanted Walkabout programs we share the importance of connecting to your tree. Once you have selected and befriended your tree, the energy of this tree will be forever connected to you no matter where you are in the world. Plus your tree can be your Healing Tree especially if you have any aches, pains, stress or discomfort, you can ask your tree to take it away. We have found it is very important to acknowledge and love the tree before asking it to take your pain away. Nearly everytime an adult walks with us, their inner child come out as they see and feel the world through a new set of eyes and heart. The joy returns to them as they see the world of nature through the eyes of a new vision and of the child within. The trees have been waiting a long time for us to come back to them and to see them as living, breathing, loving beings and as a creation of God. Bless your trees. Always Be In Joy!

Seeing the "Tree Whispers" garden is always a special treat. Reading the stories and viewing the drawings on the hand made paper "Rings" of the trees provokes smiles, memories, an occasional tear, and a sense of oneness with all who have shared. I can't imagine anyone not having a connection with a tree...climbing, swinging, falling ;(, listening to the rustle of the leaves, the frost in the sunlight, shade, the years a tree stands, marking time by the growth of a tree, collecting leaves, seeds, blossoms, fruit or nuts, planting, newness of leaves, color change and dropping of leaves, a bird's nest.....The "Tree Whispers" display is well worth the visit to see it and you may not ever look at a tree the same again! Enjoy the display.

This afternoon, my mother and I happened upon your exhibition in the botanic gardens. It is an extraordinary energy - all that love in one space! And for trees, which are the antennae of the earth . . . my mother is 82 and can't do everything she used to do, but she seemed quite interested in making tree rounds. I am visiting from the East Coast, and am leaving too soon to help her make the paper . . . Making paper is a new activity, and she does better right now with the kinds of things she used to do - but drawing and writing "cards" is very apropos of her joys and talents.
Is there a way to buy some of the rounds from someone nearby (she lives in Highland Park) so that we could get started right away? I am leaving town on Wednesday, it would be awesome if I could pick up some rounds tomorrow somewhere and begin this process with her.
Thanks again for your beautiful and transformative work.
