    This photo shows a fantastic creation made by the tree itself.

    Recently i painted on old apricot tree that had died and was cut, leaving part of its branches – i took blue pigment powder, added a bit of water and acrylic medium, stirred well and painted the bark with a wide brush; now the tree has become “un monument historique”– a historical monument, in the garden among pear trees, a kaki tree, walnut trees, roses, fig trees, a pomegranate tree. Looks rather good, a blue tree among green ones

    How beautiful this is! I think it is such a miracle that a dead stump can support life, that it can make shelter for many forms. Very similar to humans… if only we humans could be as peaceful, as content with our place in the world.
